Technology Information

 BCPS Tech Support:

  • The best method is to create a service ticket through BCPS serve (see instructions linked below).
  • You may call (443) 809-4672 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.  Please be advised that you may experience trouble getting through or long wait times.

Tech Liaisons:

  • The role of the Tech Liaison is to provide guidance and share information.  They are not technicians.
  • You must submit a request with the BCPS help desk for device repairs and replacements.  Replacements are issued based on the order that they are received by the Tech Liaisons.
  • The Technology Liaisons distribute devices in the order of which resolved tickets are received.  If you have not placed a ticket for a broken device, your Tech Liaisons will not know that your child is in need of a new device.
  • The Technology Liaisons will request a form of restitution if a device has been proven to be damaged intentionally by BCPS Tech Support.

How to purchase a charger

  • Create a ticket through BCPS Serve requesting a new charger
  • To pay for the charger, please visit,  find Loch Raven Tech MS, and purchase the charger (you will need the student ID number to confirm the purchase)
  • Once we receive the charger from tech and the confirmation that one was bought then we can give the charger to the student.
