If your child has never been enrolled in a BCPS school. Please start the registration process via the parent portal:

The following documents are required to be uploaded to the portal:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Current grades or most recent report card
- Maryland Transfer/Withdrawal Packet from previous school (including last report card or current grades) The birth certificate and immunization records are usually included in the withdraw/transfer packet.
- Custody Papers if applicable
- Property verification
Renting – Full lease (with an end date) or renewal letter
Buying or Own – Deed, Property title or mortgage statement
- 3 pieces of mail DATED within the last 60 days – if your envelope is not USPS postmarked, please open the mail so the date of the document can be seen, electronic documents are acceptable if they have the parent/guardian’s name, address that matches the property and a date within the last 60 days.
- Photo ID
If you are unable to complete the process online on prefer to do so in person, please contact the school at 443-809-5655 to make other arrangements.
