What is a Community School?

As Community Schools Facilitator (CSF), Ms. Jackson works to connect students and families with the resources, services, and supports they need to thrive. She works closely with school staff, local partners, and families to align resources, programs, and supports that directly benefit the school community. Her role is not just about coordination, it's about building relationships, fostering shared responsibility, and ensuring that the voices of families and community members are central to school decision-making.
