Mr. O’Connor graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences and Secondary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned a Master’s Degree in Secondary School Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he completed his Elementary and Secondary School Administration degree from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. O’Connor finished the coursework for a PhD in Leadership from Notre Dame of Maryland University. After teaching high school students in the Pennsylvania school system, Mr. O’Connor moved to Maryland and started his career with BCPS as an Assistant Principal at Sudbrook Magnet Middle school. Following his time at Sudbrook, he moved to Loch Raven Technical Academy. In addition to his other administrative duties, Mr. O’Connor serves as the administrator in charge of the Master Schedule, Attendance, and Building Operations.
